At Theriault Quality Carpentry Inc., we love hearing about a new project or idea. Once you bring us aboard, we guarantee that we remain committed and engaged. Together we discuss all of the important details of the job and lay out everyone's roles and expectations. We provide realistic estimations of budget & timeline and try our best to stick to them. Along the way we will work closely with you, our client, and any others involved in the project.

General Contracting

We offer full contracting services. If you're looking for a stress-free building experience, we are happy to handle all of the details that keep your project running smooth. Ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, managing sub-trades and everything else in between.

New Construction

Building custom homes from the ground up is our passion. We love helping our clients turn their dreams into a reality. With a set of plans and a vision, we can make anything come to life. From the site preparation, right up to the finishing touches, we will be with you every step of the way.

Additions

Need to make your house or a specific area larger? Whether it's creating living space in an unfinished section of your home or tearing down walls to add a whole new structure, we can help make your space function better for your family and your lifestyle.

Renovations

Everything you love about your home, but better. We can start with your existing space, keeping what works and eliminating what doesn't. We make sure that all of the important improvements are made, both behind and in front of the walls. You'll be left with a stunning transformation.

Repairs

If you've got an issue around your property or something that is no longer performing the way that it should, let us know. Replacing windows or doors, rebuilding a deck, installing metal roofing & more, we can take care of it and give you peace of mind.

Drywall Taping

We provide in-house drywall taping services to our clients, and to others looking to hire out our team. Currently, we have two trained and experienced drywallers on board. We tape newly installed drywall and in some cases, repair existing. We can even tackle plaster and other wall finishes.

Residential Snow Removal

In addition to our construction services, we also provide some residential snow plowing during the winter months. If you live in the Smiths Cove or core Digby area and are in need of snow removal, reach out to us to make arrangements.
